Cancelations

For Orders, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it is confirmed by the seller - whichever comes first. If 24 hours have passed from when you placed the order and/or the seller has already confirmed the order, then the order cannot be canceled. If neither have occurred, you can cancel your order first by accessing it via “Track My Order” or “My Account,” clicking “Cancel Order” and following the instructions.If you checked out as a guest, you will need to create a PREMIUM TIMES account.

Delivery

Delivery and processing speeds vary by pricing options. The following shipping estimates apply only to the contiguous US and exclude deliveries to PO boxes and military bases. All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipments may be affected by weather-related delays, carrier limitations or other events outside of our control.

• Standard Shipping: 14–30 business days
• Premium Shipping: 7–10 business days

Estimated delivery times do not apply to international orders. International customers are responsible for any additional fees or taxes after an item ships.

Returns

All sales with PREMIUM TIMES are final.

If you have any questions or concerns with regard to sizing or condition of a specific product on our site, please contact us before purchasing.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from the date your order is marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier. If more than 7 days have passed since the delivery confirmation, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in the same condition that you received it.
• Include all original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty cards (if applicable), and protective materials.
• Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items
• Any product that has been worn, altered, damaged, or modified after delivery
• Any item returned more than 7 days after the shipping carrier confirms successful delivery

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including:

• Items returned with missing accessories or original packaging.
• Products that are not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by our error.
• Items showing signs of use or damage after delivery.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable number of business days.

Refunds – Transaction Fee

Please note that if you request a refund after placing an order, a 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee is charged by payment providers (such as PayPal, Stripe, and credit card processors) and is non-refundable. We do not receive any portion of this fee.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

• Check your bank account again.
• Contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
• Contact your bank, as refunds can take several business days to appear.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@premiumtimes.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your returned item once the return has been approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@premiumtimes.com for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• A replacement item.

Returns for Personal Preference

If you wish to return an item because:

• You changed your mind,
• The style, size, or color is not suitable,
• You prefer a different model,
• Or for any reason not related to a manufacturing defect,

the item may be returned under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition with all original packaging.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or handling fees.
• The return must be approved by our support team before shipping.

A refund will only be processed after we have received and inspected the returned item. If the returned item does not meet our return requirements, the refund request may be declined.
